How to Use the Meeting Planner

  1. Add cities — select a city from the dropdown and click Add. Repeat for each timezone you need (up to 8).
  2. Set your reference time — pick the date and time you are considering for the meeting.
  3. Read the timeline — green cells are business hours (9 am–6 pm local time), dark cells are night hours (10 pm–6 am). Find a column where all your cities show green.

Scheduling Across Time Zones

Getting a distributed team on a call sounds simple until you realize that 3:00 pm in New York is 8:00 pm in London and 4:00 am in Tokyo. For remote teams and international clients, finding a time that works for everyone is one of the most common daily frustrations.

The meeting planner puts every timezone on the same 24-hour grid so the overlap — or lack of it — is immediately visible. No mental arithmetic, no converting between UTC offsets.
